Deleting User Accounts

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to permanently remove an existing user account from the system:

Action

In the Administration section of the application, click User Management.

 

Result:  The User List screen appears.

Select the check box next to the user(s) you want to delete.

Click btn_newdeletesel.gif.

 

Result:  The Delete User Confirmation screen appears, listing only the user(s) you selected.

If you decide not to delete any of the users you previously selected, clear the checkbox next to their name.

 

Note:  If you decide you do not want to delete any of the user accounts, click btn_newcancel.gif to return to the User List page without making any changes.

Click btn_newdelete.gif.

 

Result:  The system attempts to delete any account(s) that remain selected.  The User List screen appears, displaying a message indicating the success or failure of the deletion.
