What do you see?

The Service Status page allows you to review the current status information for some of your services.  You can check the status of an ANI(Automatic Number Identification - The number associated with the telephone station from which switched calls are originated or terminated.), an 8XX(A toll-free telephone number.), or a calling card.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Select Service	This drop-down list allows you to choose the type of service for which you want to check status information.
  Enter Number	This field allows you to type the unique identifier(The telephone number, toll-free number, or calling card number) for the specific service you want to check.
  	Click this button to see the status information for the service item you entered.  When you click this button, the system will attempt to retrieve the information, then refresh your browser window.  When the page reappears, it will display the status information you seek.
  The rest of the fields that appear on this page vary depending on the service you selected.  They provide a wealth of information about the selected service.
