Saving Data

In the upper right corner of the page, click .

Result:  Your browser's File Download dialog box appears.

Click .

Result:  Your browser's Save As dialog box appears.

Navigate to the drive and folder in which you want to save the file.

In the File Name field, type the name you want to assign to the file.

Note:  Make sure you keep the file's .csv extension!

Click .

Result:  Your computer saves your data in the selected file with the name you entered.  You can now view and manipulate this data in an application such as Microsoft Excel.
