Generating an eBill Summary Report

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to create a new eBill Summary Report:

Action

From the Reports menu under eBilling, click the eBill Summary Report menu.

 

Result:  The eBill Summary Report screen appears.

From the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen, click Generate New Report.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Generate eBill Summary Report screen.

In the Report Name field, type a brief, descriptive name for the report.

From the Time Period drop-down list, select the month you want the report to cover, or choose Six Month Report if you want the report to cover the previous six month period.

Select the check box for all the accounts you want the report to cover.

 

Note:  If an account has sub-accounts associated with it, you can select either the primary account or one or more of its sub-accounts.  You cannot select both.

Click btn_newsubmitrequest.gif.

 

Result:  The system processes your request and displays the report in a new browser window.
