What do you see?

The View and Save Report Selections screen allows you to confirm the selections you made on the Make Report Selection screen.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  	Click this button to return to the last screen you were viewing.
  	Click this button to proceed to the final step of selecting the reports you want your provider to include with your monthly bill.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Report Selection Complete screen.
  	Click this button to end the process of selecting the reports to be included with your monthly bill without taking any action.  When you click this button, the system returns you to the Choose Options screen.
