Follow the steps below to send customers an email about the status of their configuration requests:

Search by Request Queue(To get to this screen, click Request Queue from the IP Management menu. For more information on this screen, click here.) screen, click in the row of the request for which you want to e-mail the customer.
Result: The system takes you to the Resend Email screen.
Decide what you would like to do:
If you want to...
Then...
Resend an existing message
From the List of Emails drop-down list, select the message you want to send.
Result: The system populates the Current Selection box with the selected messages.
Compose a new message
Delete the contents of the Current Selection box, then type the message you want to send.
Click .
Result: The system attempts to send your message, then takes you a screen confirming the success or failure of the action.
