What do you see?

The New IP Addressing screen continues the process of requesting a new IP address(An IP address is the unique identifier for hosts and other intelligent devices on an IP network such as the Internet.  Every computer on the network must have a unique IP address. IP addresses are made up of 32 bits and written as four sets of numbers between 0 and 255, separated by a period, for example 256.43.7.25.) for one of your service components.  This screen allows you indicate whether or not you are requesting IP addresses for an ISP(Internet Service Provider - An organization that provides access to the Internet).  The screen lists the requirements that must be fulfilled in order attain new IP addresses.  The requirements, and the information provided, change depending on whether or not the customer is an ISP.

  Field	Description
  Are you an ISP?	These radio buttons allow you to identify yourself as an Internet Service Provider.  The requirements for new IP addresses are different for ISP's and non-ISP's.  The information displayed below these radio buttons changes depending on your selection.
  	Click this button to save your selection and continue the process of requesting new IP addresses.   Note:  Review the information on this screen carefully and make sure you meet all requirements before you click this button.
