Type of Product
This drop-down list allows you to select the kind of service from which you want to remove static routing. Your options are:

Internet Port(Provides customer locations with connectivity to the Internet.)

Private Port(Private Ports provide WAN connectivity between customer locations. Customers have the option to allocate traffic to point-to-point layer 2 connections or layer 3 MPLS services, with template-based quality of service (QoS) traffic prioritization [template document available upon request].)

This field allows you to type the total number of IP addresses from which you want to remove static routing.

CIDR Prefix Length
These drop-down lists allow you to select the appropriate CIDR(Classless InterDomain Routing - CIDR allows groups of addresses to be assigned within a single network without having to identify each address. The number of bits used for the network portion determines how many addresses are available for hosts. The available addresses are identified by a CIDR prefix and that equates to the subnet mask.) prefixes to indicate how many addresses are available within each IP address.
Serial Address
These fields allow you to type the IP address of the Qwest serial hosts from which you want to remove static routing.
Add Additional Comments
This box allows you to type any additional information necessary to remove your static routing. Please provide as much information as possible to facilitate the deletion of your static route.
