What do you see?

The IQ At-a-Glance Reports screen displays a listing of all At-a-Glance reports that have been generated for the last 15 days.  This screen allows you to view any report listed, as well as create new At-a-Glance reports.

The screen is divided into two sections.  The Functions section allows you to create a new report.  The At-a-Glance Reports section lists all the reports available to you, and allows you to see a detailed view of any listed report.  You can also view or download a printable version of any report in the list.  

At-a-Glance reports provide you with a one-page summary of important performance indicators for a specific service component during a specified period of time.  These reports display charts depicting such indicators as bandwidth, volume in bytes, and circuit type-specific errors.  You can use At-a-Glance reports to get a global view of your network configuration.

  Field	Description
  Generate Report	Click this button to generate a brand new At-a-Glance report.  When you click this button, the Generate At-a-Glance Report screen appears, allowing you to choose the information you want to include in the report.
  At-a-Glance Reports Section
  Field	Description
  Date Created	This column displays the date on which each report in the list was created.  You can click this value to see details for any listed report.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the At-a-Glance Report Details screen.   Note:  Reports are purged 15 days after this date.
  ProviderQwest Router IP	For each report in the list, this column displays the IP address(An IP address is the unique identifier for a particular machine on an IP-based network such as the Internet.  Every computer on the network must have a unique IP address.  IP addresses are made up of 32 bits and written as four sets of numbers between 0 and 255, separated by a period, for example 256.43.7.25.  IP addresses are also referred to as IP numbers and Internet addresses.) of the Qwestyour provider's router that connects your access circuit to the Internet backbone.   Note:  For service components that use the IPv6 standard, this column will display both the IPv4 address and the IPv6 address for the router(for example, ).
  Report End Date	This column displays the last date considered for each report in the list.
  	Click this button to see a PDF(Portable Document Format - A system-independent document file format developed by Adobe.) version of the selected report.  You can download and print this version for your own use.   Note:  You will need at least the Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open the PDF file.  If you do not have the reader, you can download it for free here.
