What do you see?

The Port Details screen gives you detailed information about a selected customer port.  This screen is divided into several sections.  The More Details section gives you options for accessing additional information.  The Information For Details section gives you information for the specific port. The Location section gives you the physical location address for the port with a link to the location details. The Traffic Allocation section gives you information for the port identification with the IP Address, Customer IP Address, and QoS.

  Field	Description
  Port Details	This options refreshes your browser window.
  Port Access Loops	This option takes you to the Port Access Loops Detail screen.
  Details Section
  Field	Description
  Circuit ID	This field displays the unique, provider-maintained identifier for the selected port.  This is the value the system uses to identify the port on the network.
  Name	This field displays the identifier for the CUG(Closed User Group) with which the port is associated.
  iQ Port Type	This field displays the kind of data each port transmits. Examples of values displayed are Private, Internet or Enhanced
  Bandwidth	This field displays the speed at which the port transmits data, in kilobits per second.
  iQ Access Type	This field displays the kind of access for each port.
  Integrated Management	This field displays whether Integrated Management is provided for the port.
  Encapsulation Type	This field indicates the type of tunneling the location uses for the PRN(Private Routed Network).
  Status	This field displays the current status of the port if In Service.
  Location Section
  Field	Description
  Customer	This field identifies the customer name associated with the selected port.
  Location	This field displays the complete address of the location at which the port physically resides. When you click this value, the system takes you to the Location Details screen.
  Traffic Allocation Section
  Field	Description
  Traffic Allocation ID	This column displays each service component's network-assigned identifier. This number is for your provider's internal use, so you cannot change it.   You can see more information about any listed component by clicking this value for the component you want to see.
  Provider IP Address	This column displays the IP address(The unique number used to identify a component on the Internet.) on Qwest'syour provider's side for each listed item.   Note:  If the port you are viewing uses IPv6, this column displays both the IPv4 address and the IPv6 address(for example, ).
  Customer IP Address	This column displays the IP address(The unique number used to identify your router on the Internet.) on the customer's side for each listed service component.   Note:  If the port you are viewing uses IPv6, this column displays both the IPv4 address and the IPv6 address(for example, ).
  QoS	This column indicates whether QoS(Quality of Service - A guaranteed throughput level that end-to-end latency will not exceed.) guarantees are in place for each listed component.  If the value in this column for a given service component is Yes, that value will be a hyperlink.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Quality of Service Detail page.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen.
