What do you see?

The Billing Account Details screen gives you in-depth information about a selected billing account.  This screen is divided into two section.  Click below for more information.

• Fields and buttons - Customer Service Record Section

  Field	Description
  Account Number	This field displays the unique, QwestBell South-maintained identifier for the selected billing account.
  Service Establish Date	This field displays the date on which telecommunication services were first available for the selected account.
  Bill Date	This field displays the last date on which a bill was generated for the selected billing account.
  Class of Service	This field identifies the general type of service the selected account receives.
  Non Published Listing	This field displays the customer-maintained identifier for the selected billing account.
  Listing Address	This field displays the physical address associated with the selected billing account.
  Billing Name	This field displays the name of the entity to which bills to the selected billing account are addressed.
  Billing Address	This field displays the physical address to which bills for the selected account are sent.

   

• Fields and buttons - Service & Equipment Section

  Field	Description
  QTY	This column indicates the total number of each listed item for which the customer is billed.
  USOC Code	This column displays the USOC identifier for each listed item.
  USOC Description	This column displays a brief, plain text description for each listed item.
  USOC Charge	This column displays the per-item charge for each item in the list.
  Total Charges	This column displays the total charge(QTY x USOC Charge) for each item in the list.
  Grand Total	This column displays the total of all charges in the Total Charges column.
  	Click this button to close the current browser window and return to the last screen you were viewing.
