Generating a PRN Location Utilization Report

Action

From any screen under the PRN tab, select Location Utilization from the Reports menu.

Result:  The Report Selection screen appears.

From the PRN(s) list, select the PRN containing the location on which you want to report.

Result:  The Location(s) list changes to reflect the locations associated with the selected PRN.

From the Location(s) list, select the location on which you want to base the report.

From the View radio buttons, select the layout you want for the report.

From the Date radio buttons, select the time period you want to report to cover.

From the Date calendar(s) select the first date you want the report to cover.  If you selected the Date Range radio button above, also select the last date you want the report to cover.

Click .

Result:  The system generates the report based on your criteria, than takes you to the PRN Location Utilization Report screen.
