From the
Remote Access Realms(To get to this screen, select Remote Access Realms from the Inventory menu under the Business Remote Access tab. For more information about this screen, click here.) screen, click the name of the realm with the contact you want to delete.
Result: The Remote Access Realm Details screen appears.

In the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen, click Upload Remote Access Users.
Result: The system takes you to the Upload Remote Access Users screen.

Follow the directions on the screen to create and select your upload file.
|
|
|
In the First Name field, type the first name of the person to be notified when the users have been created.
|
|
|
In the Last Name field, type the surname of the person to be notified when the users have been created.
|
|
|
In the Email Address field, type the email address to which notification should be sent when the users have been created.
|
|
|
Click .
Result: The system copies your upload file from your hard drive to the server, then returns you to the Remote Access Realm Details screen. Once the users have been created, an email notification will be sent to the address you entered.
