From the Products list on the left-hand side of the screen,
select one or more items(to select more than one product, hold down the Ctrl key and click all the products you want to see).

In the Repair Ticket # field, type the unique identifier for the repair ticket(s) you want to see.
Note: The system automatically applies a wildcard character to the value you type, so you can type a partial value here. For example, typing SAN might return San Diego, sanitation engineer, and Santa Claus.

In the Component ID field type the unique identifier for the service component(s) for which you want to see tickets.
Note: The system automatically applies a wildcard character to the value you type, so you can type a partial value here. For example, typing SAN might return San Diego, sanitation engineer, and Santa Claus.

From the Status check boxes, select the value(s) for which you want to see ticket(s).
Note: To select or clear all the available check boxes, select/deselect the All box.

In the Create Date fields, type the earliest and latest dates for which you want to see tickets listed.
|
|
In the Last Status Date fields, type the earliest and latest dates on which the tickets you want to see listed were modified.
|
|
Click .
Result: The system attempts to retrieve all tickets matching the criteria you entered, then refreshes your browser window. When the screen reappears, the View Tickets list should contain only those tickets matching the values you entered.
