What do you see?

The Schedule Report screen allows you to update the frequency with which the system will run selected report, as well as the report's range(The first and last date on which the report will be run.).  You can also add email addresses to which the report should be sent when it is run.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Daily	Select this radio button to have the system generate the report every day by 8AM EST that covers the previous day.  This report will be sent via email to all identified recipients.
  Weekly	Select this radio button to have the system generate the report every Monday by 8AM EST.  The report will cover the previous Sunday-Saturday period, and will be sent via email to all identified recipients once it has been generated.
  Monthly	Select this radio button to have the system generate the report on the first Monday of every month by 8AM EST.  The report will cover the previous month, and will be sent via email to all identified recipients once it have been generated.
  Start Date	This field allows you to type the first date(All dates in the Toll-free application should be entered using the format mm/dd/yyyy.  In other words, you would enter the date 28 February 2005 as 02/28/2005.) on which you want the system to generate the report.   Note:  You can also select the date from a calendar by clicking .
  End Date	This field allows you to type the last date(All dates in the Toll-free application should be entered using the format mm/dd/yyyy.  In other words, you would enter the date 28 February 2005 as 02/28/2005.) on which you want the system to generate the report.   Note:  You can also select the date from a calendar by clicking .
  No End Date	Select this radio button if you want the system to generate the report at the selected interval until you choose to stop it.
  If you would like this report to be sent...	This field allows you to add recipients to whom the system should send the report.  Type the email address of everyone to whom the report should be sent.  Separate the addresses with commas.
  	Click this button to apply your changes to the recurring report schedule.  When you click this button, the system attempts to save your changes, then returns you to the last screen you were viewing.
  	Click this button to return to the last screen you were viewing without taking any action.
  	Click this button to return the fields on the screen to their default state.  This button allows you to restore the screen options to their initial state if you make any mistakes.
