Traffic Utilization Report - Overview

What do you see?

Traffic Utilization Reports provide usage data and statistics for all toll-free numbers in near real-time. The system collects calls as they come in from the switch, and allows you to create reports on toll-free traffic based on call detail record. These reports assist you in managing your toll-free communication.

• Report Functions

  Traffic Utilization Reports allow you to:   Retrieve data for single or multiple toll-free numbers   Retrieve toll-free numbers   Save your report formats so that reports can be reused   Save reports as HTML so that they can be e-mailed   Print reports

   

• Data Types

  Two types of data are available in Traffic Utilization Reports:   Statistical data contains summary information and is retained for 40 days.   Ring-to data contains raw data from which the summary information is gathered and is retained for eight days.

   

• Report Types

  You can generate two basic kinds of Traffic Utilization Reports:   Statistic Reports display totals for usage of a toll-free number on a monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly basis. This report displays a list of toll-free numbers, followed by usage information about each number.   Ring-to Reports display usage totals by terminating address on a monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly basis. This report displays a list of trunks and/or Switched terminating addresses by toll-free number, followed by usage information.
