What do you see?

The Enterprise Manage screen gives you a listing of all the customer Enterprises (An Enterprise is collection of accounts grouped together for management purposes.  Customer accounts can be subsidiaries of the enterprise, or perhaps the name of a branch or a different geographic location. After customer accounts are created, they need to be added to the Enterprise so they can function as one unit.) that exist in the system.  This screen is divided into two sections.  The Filters section allows you to narrow the list of Enterprises by entering specific criteria for the Enterprises you want to see.  The Enterprise Manager section displays the list of Enterprises.

    Description

    Status Type

    This drop-down list allows you to select whether you want to see Enterprises that are Active, De-Activated, or both.

    Enterprise Type

    This drop-down list allows you to select whether you want to see Qwest or Bell South Enterprises.

    Search Type

    This drop-down list allows you to choose the column on which you want to filter the Enterprise list.

    With Value

    This field allows you to type the value you want to see in the column you selected from the Search Type drop-down list.

    Click this button to apply the filter you entered to the Enterprise list.  When you click this button, the system refreshes your browser window, displaying only those Enterprises matching your criteria.

    Enterprise Manager Section

    Description

    Enterprise ID

    This column displays the unique, provider-maintained identifier for each Enterprise in the list.  You can click this value to see more information about any listed Enterprise.  When you click this value, the system takes you to the Modify Enterprise Details screen.

    Enterprise Name

    This column contains the customer-maintained identifier for each Enterprise in the list.

    Enterprise Type

    This column identifies what kind of Enterprise each listed item is.

    Status

    This column displays the current status of each listed Enterprise.

    Status Type

    This drop-down list allows you to select whether you want to see Enterprises that are Active, De-Activated, or both.

    Search Type

    This drop-down list allows you to choose whether you want to base your filter on Enterprise ID, Enterprise Name, or Account Number.

    With Value

    This field allows you to type the value you want to see in the column you selected from the Search Type drop-down list.

    Click this button to apply the filter you entered to the Enterprise list.  When you click this button, the system refreshes your browser window, displaying only those Enterprises matching your criteria.

    Description

    Enterprise ID
