What do you see?

The Circuit Details page gives you in-depth information on a selected Q Routing circuit.  On this page, you can see general information on the equipment and personnel at the circuit location, as well as features associated with the circuit.

• Fields and buttons

  Details Section
  Field	Description
  Circuit Id	This field displays the unique identifier for the selected circuit.
  Customer Account Id	This field displays the unique identifier for the customer account with which the selected circuit is associated.
  Customer Name	This field displays the customer-assigned identifier for the account with which the selected circuit is associated.
  Service Element Id	This field displays the unique identifier for the service element connecting the customer's equipment to the network.
  Enhanced Quantity	This field displays the total number of enhanced ports associated with the selected circuit.

  VPN Number	This field displays the number of Virtual Private Networks associated with the selected circuit.

  BTL SEID
  Supervisors Quantity	This field displays the number of Supervisors allowed to access the system at the same time.

  QRouting Service Element Id
  Serial Quantity	This field displays the number of serial Way2Call Tapi devices on the customer's premises.
  USB Quantity	This field displays the number of USB Way2Call Tapi devices on the customer's premises.
  ALG Quantity	This field displays the number of Alge Tapi devices on the customer's premises.
  Engineering Order Id	This field displays the unique identifier for the provider's engineering order associated with the selected circuit.
  Agents Section
  Field	Description
  CTI Quantity	This field displays the total number of CTI Agents (full inbound with screen pop) allowed to access the circuit at the same time.
  Outbound Quantity	This field displays the total number of Agents using Outbound dialing (predictive, progressive, preview) allowed to access the circuit at the same time.
  Quick Launch Quantity	This field displays the number of Agents using basic hunt group routing allowed to access the circuit at the same time.
  Skills Quantity	This field displays the number of Agents using Skills Based Routing allowed to access the circuit at the same time.
  Web Contact Quantity	This field displays the number of Agents using Web Contact capabilities (chat, email, callback, call through, co-browse) allowed to access the circuit at the same time.
  Features Section
  Field	Description
  Agent Observe	This field displays the number of agents that can be discreetly observed via the circuit.   Note:  This feature is no longer available for new sales.
  Statistical Display	Note:  This feature is no longer available for new sales.
  Workforce Management Quantity	This field displays the total number of Agents and Supervisors that can use the Workforce Management Tool at the same time.
  CPE Section
  Field	Description
  CPE Type	These fields identify the kinds of equipment installed at the customer's premises.
  CPE Date	These fields identify the exact time and date on which each piece of customer equipment was installed.
  Trunk Group Details
  Field	Description
  Trunk Group for VCID	These fields display detailed identifying information for the trunk group used for your Virtual Circuit on the network.
  Trunk Group for Telephone Numbers	These fields display detailed identifying information for the trunk groups used for the telephone numbers you use with the selected circuit.
  Generic Account Type
  Field	Description
  Type ID	This field displays the identifier for the type of generic account grouping applicable to the selected circuit.
  Name	This field displays the common-language identifier for the generic account group applicable to the selected circuit.
