What do you see?

The Circuits page gives you a listing of all the Q Routing circuits available in your Enterprise.  From this page, you can access detailed information about any listed circuit.  You can sort the list on any column by clicking the appropriate column heading, or filter the list to find specific items more quickly.

• Fields and buttons - Filters Section

  Field	Description
  Circuit Id	This field allows you to type the unique identifier for the circuits you want to see listed.
  Street	This field allows you type the street address associated with the circuits you want to see listed.
  City	This field allows you to type the name of the city in which the service address(es) associated with the circuits you want to see listed exists.
  State	This field allows you to type the two-digit postal abbreviation for the state in which the service address(es) associated with the circuits you want to see listed exists.
  Zip code	This field allows you to type the ZIP code for service address associated with the circuits you want to see listed.
  Note:  You can type an asterisk(one of these - *) at the beginning or end of what you type in any of the fields above as a wildcard character.  Wildcard characters allow you to type a partial value to see all items containing that string. Example:  Typing *san* might return sanitation engineer, San Diego, Santa Claus, insanity, partisan, etc.
  	Click this button to clear all the values in the Filters section.  Clearing the fields allows you to enter a new filter or reset the page by leaving the fields blank and clicking .
  	Click this button to retrieve all the circuits that match the criteria you entered.  When you click this button, the system attempts to retrieve all matching circuits, then refreshes your browser window.  When the page reappears, only those circuits that match your criteria should appear.

   

• Fields and buttons - Circuits Section

  Field	Description
  Circuit Id	This column displays the unique identifier for each listed circuit.  The values in this column are hyperlinks.  When you click one of these values, the system takes you to the Circuit Details page.
  Service Address	This column displays the complete address associated with each listed circuit.
