Follow the steps below to add an additional contact type to the contact name:

From the Contacts page(To get to this screen, select the Contacts tab from the Home menu. For more information on this screen, click here.), click the value in the Contact Name column for the contact you want to see.
Result: The Contact Details page appears, displaying the selected contact.
From the Functions section, click Add Contact Type.
Select the Order of Contact from the drop-down list.
Select the Preferred Method of Contact by clicking the applicable checkbox for Business Hours or After Business Hours.
Click .
Result:The system saves the information, then refreshes your browser window. When the page reappears, a message at the top indicates the success or failure of your action.
