Adding Contact Type Information

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to add an additional contact type to the contact name:

Action

From the Contacts page, click the value in the Contact Name column for the contact you want to see.

 

Result:  The Contact Details page appears, displaying the selected contact.

From the Functions section, click Add Contact Type.

 

Result: The Add Contact Type page appears.

Select the Contact Type from the list.

Select the Order of Contact from the drop-down list.

Select the Preferred Method of Contact by clicking the applicable checkbox for Business Hours or After Business Hours.

Click btn_newsubmit.gif.

 

Result: The system saves the information, then refreshes your browser window.  When the page reappears, a message at the top indicates the success or failure of your action.
