What do you see?

The Report Selection page allows you to define the data that you want to see in your SLA report(Service Level Agreement report - A report on the SLAs you have with your provider. With this report, you can monitor the actual performance of you Ports and VCs to ensure that they are in line with your SLAs.).  From this page, you select the elements(Ports or PVCs) you want to see in the report, and how you want the report data listed.  In addition, you select the date range you want the report to cover.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Type	These radio buttons allow you to choose whether you want to create a report for a Port or a VC(Virtual Circuit).
  Date	This section allows you to select date or date range you want the report to cover.  You can generate a daily, weekly, or monthly report.  You can also specify a date range.   You can choose the specific start date for the report using the calendar.
  	Click this button to generate your report using the information you specified.
