Generating an SLA Report

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to generate a report on your Service Level Agreements:

Action

In the Data tab under the Products module, select SLAs from the Reports menu.

 

Result:  The Report Selection page appears.

From the Type radio buttons, select whether you want to generate a Port or VC  report.

From the Date radio buttons, select the time period you want the report to cover.

From the interactive calendar, select the specific date(s) you want the report to cover.

Click btn_generatereport.gif.

 

Result:  The system retrieves the data matching your criteria, then displays it in the appropriate (Port or VC) SLA screen.
