Removing Paperless Billing

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to remove selected account(s) from the Paperless Billing bill delivery option:

Action

From the Choose Options section of the Unenroll from Paperless Billing screen, select the check box next to all the accounts from which you want to remove Paperless Billing.

 

Note:  To select all the accounts currently enrolled in Paperless Billing, select the check box in the section header.

Click btn_newunenroll.gif.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Confirm Your Paperless Unenrollment screen.

Review the information on the screen.  If everything appears correct, select the I authorize... check box.

In the Name field, type your name.

Click btn_newnext.gif.

 

Result:  The system attempts to remove Paperless Billing from the account(s) you selected, then takes you to the Paperless Unenrollment Complete screen.

Click btn_newdone.gif.

 

Result:  The system returns you to the Choose Options screen.
