What do you see?

The Alarm Details screen gives you additional information about a selected network alarm.  From this screen, you can access detailed information about the service component experiencing the trouble.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Component Name	This field contains the customer-maintained identifier for the service component experiencing the problem.
  Component ID	This field contains the unique, network-maintained identifier for the service component experiencing the problem.   You can view detailed information for the component by clicking this value.
  Component Type	This field identifies what kind of service component this is.
  Last Status Time	This field displays the exact date and time at which the network last measured the component's status.
  Alarm Open Time	This field displays the exact date and time at which the network detected the alarm.
  Status	This field identifies the selected alarm's current status.
  Severity	This field indicates how severe the selected alarm was.
  Type	This field displays what kind of alarm you are viewing.
  Description	This field contains a brief description of the selected alarm.
  	Click this button to return to the View Alarm Status screen.
