From the IP Addressing menu under the IP Management tab, click Return IP Addressing.
Result: The Customer Information screen appears.

From the New or Existing Service? radio buttons, select whether you want return IP addressing for a new or existing service.
Result: The system refreshes your browser window, displaying fields appropriate for your selection.

Verify that the information in the First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Customer Technical Contact E-mail Address fields is correct. Update the fields as necessary.

In the Circuit ID field, type the unique identifier of the circuit for which you want to configure Return IP Addressing.

A new service

In the Sales Engineer E-mail Address field, type the email address at which you reach your Sales Engineer.

In the Sales Representative E-mail Address field, type the email address at which you reach your Sales Rep.

In the CORE Sales Order Number field, type the CORE Sales Order identifier you received from Qwest when you ordered your service.

Result: The Return IP Addressing screen appears.

From the Type of Product drop-down list, select the product for which you want to configure return IP addressing.

In the Lines for Existing Customer IP Addresses field, type the total number of IP addresses for which you need return IP addressing, then click .
Result: The system refreshes your browser window, displaying fields for each IP address.

In the IP Address fields, type each IP address for which you need return addressing.
|
|
From the CIDR Prefix drop-down lists, select the appropriate value for each address.
|
|
In the Add Additional Comments box, type any more information you want to include to help configure your return IP addressing.

Click .
Result: The system sends your information to Qwest and displays a message indicating the success or failure of your submission.
