What do you see?

The Delete DNS screen allows you to request deletion of domain name(s) from the Qwest name servers.  Use this screen to delete primary and/or secondary domain name hosting, which will delete the domain and all associated records.

Do not use this screen to request changes or deletions of HOSTNAME records within a domain. Use the Modify DNS screen for that purpose.

Note:  Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.  Fields marked with a red pound sign (#) will cause your browser window to refresh when you change them.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Type of Product	This drop-down list allows you to select the kind of service from which you want to remove domain names.  Options you may see are: Internet Port(Provides customer locations with connectivity to the Internet.) PRN(Private Routed Network - This product enables customers to build a secure, feature rich, wide area network. Customers can seamlessly integrate Internet Access, network-based firewalls, and encryption to their WAN.) Enhanced Port(Provides all of the functionality of both an Internet Port and a PRN Port in a consolidated communications solution.)
  Choose the set of Name Servers applicable to your DNS service	These radio buttons allow you to select the DNS servers currently hosting your domain name(s).
  How many Domains?	This field allows you to enter the total number of domain names you want to remove.   Note:  When you change the number in this field and click , the system refreshes your browser window, displaying a new Domain field below for each name you indicate.
  	Click this button when you type a new value in the How many Domains? field.  The system will refresh your browser window and display a Domain field below for each line you indicated.
  Domain	These fields allows you to type the domain names you want to remove from your DNS service.  The system will display one of these fields for each domain name you indicate in the How many Domains? field.
  Add Additional Comments	This field allows you to type any additional information you want to associate with your domain name deletion request.  Please provide as much information as possible to facilitate removal of your domain name.
  	Click this button to submit your delete DNS request.  When you click this button, the system saves your information, then notifies you that your request has been submitted.
