What do you see?

The Resend Email screen allows you to send a copy of any saved messages to the customer technical contact.  You can also compose a new message to send from this screen.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Customer Email	This field displays the e-mail address to which the system will send your message.  This value is the address at which the customer technical contact can be reached.
  List of Emails	This drop-down list allows you to select an existing message to send to the customer again.  When you select a value from this drop-down list, the system places the message in the Current Selection box.
  Current Selection	This box displays the message you are sending to the customer.  By default, this value is the message selected from the List of Emails drop-down list.  You can also delete that value and type a new message.
  	Click this button to send your e-mail message to the customer.  When you click this button, the system sends your message, then takes you to a screen confirming whether or not the message was successfully sent.
