What do you see?

The Delete Static Routing screen allows you to remove BGP routing(Border Gateway Protocol routing is a "smart" routing protocol. What this means is that if a network is connected to more than one Internet Provider, and one of the network connections goes down, BGP routing has the intelligence built within the network and router to know how and where to re-route Internet traffic automatically.) instructions from your Internet service.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Type of Product	This drop-down list allows you to select the kind of service from which you want to remove static routing.  Your options are: Internet Port(Provides customer locations with connectivity to the Internet.) Enhanced Port(Provides all of the functionality of both an Internet Port and a Private Port in a consolidated communications solution.)
  Autonomous System No	This field allows you to type the Autonomous System Number for the BGP route you want to remove.
  Serial Address	This field allows you to type the IP address of the Qwest serial host that handles the routing.
  What route do you want to delete?	This field allows you to type the unique identifier for the BGP route you want to delete.
  Add Additional Comments	This box allows you to type any additional information necessary to remove your BGP routing.  Please provide as much information as possible to facilitate the deletion of your BGP route.
  	Click this button to send your routing information to Qwest.  When you click this button, the system displays a message indicating the success or failure of your submission.

Note:  Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.  Fields marked with a red pound sign (#) cause the system to refresh your browser window then you change the value.
