From the Routing menu under the IP Management tab, click Delete BGP Routing.
Result: The Customer Information screen appears.

From the New or Existing Service? radio buttons, select whether you want to delete BGP routing from a new service or an existing service.
Result: The system refreshes your browser window, displaying fields appropriate for your selection.

Verify that the information in the First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Customer Technical Contact E-mail Address fields is correct. Update the fields as necessary.

An existing service

In the Circuit ID field, type the unique identifier of the circuit from which you want delete BGP routing.

A new service

In the Sales Engineer E-mail Address field, type the email address at which you reach your Sales Engineer.

In the Sales Representative E-mail Address field, type the email address at which you reach your Sales Rep.

In the CORE Sales Order Number field, type the CORE Sales Order identifier you received from Qwest when you ordered your service.

Result: The Delete BGP Routing screen appears.

From the Type of Product drop-down list, choose the service from which you want to delete BGP routing.
|
|
In the Autonomous System No field, type the appropriate value.
|
|
In the Serial Address field, type the IP address of the Qwest serial host that handles the routing.
|
|
In the What route do you want to delete? field, type the unique identifier for the route you want to delete.
|
|
In the Add Additional Comments box, type any more information that will help us configure your DNS.
|
|
Click .
Result: The system attempts to save your data, then refreshes your browser window. A message appears, indicating the success or failure of your submission.
