From the
QoS Details(To get to this screen, select Ports from the Inventory menu under the IQ NET tab. From the Ports list, click the name of the port with which you want to work. From the Traffic Allocation section, click yes from the QoS column. For more information about this screen, click here.) screen, click Change QoS from the More Details section on the left-hand side of the screen.
Result: The system takes you to the Change QoS screen.

In the Customer Contact field, type the name of the person requesting the changes you are entering.

In the Customer Phone Number field, type the
full telephone number(area code, exchange, and number, all separated by hyphens, for example, 123-456-7890) at which the contact can be reached.

In the Customer Email field, type the complete email address at which the contact can be reached.
|
|
|
From the Queuing Methodology drop-down list, select the type of queuing you would like to apply to the selected port.
|
|
|
From the Priority Field drop-down list, select the ratio at which you want the port to handle traffic of each priority level.
|
|
|
Click .
Result: The system validates the information submitted, then refreshes your browser window. When the screen reappears, if all required information has been provided, it will display the information you entered, along with a confirmation message. The message explains that you will be contacted within 48 hours to discuss making the requested changes to the selected port.
Note: You can click at any time to return to the QoS Details screen without taking any action.
