What do you see?

The Change Quality of Service (QoS) screen allows you to request changes to QoS(Quality of Service - A guaranteed throughput level that end-to-end latency will not exceed.) details for the selected port.  QwestYour provider will review the changes you request, then contact you to further discuss these changes.

  Field	Description
  QoS Details	This option takes you to the Quality of Service Detail screen.  This screen displays the QoS information for the selected port.
  Change QoS	Click this option to refresh the current screen.
  Change QoS Section
  Field	Description
  Business Name	This field displays the name of the customer that owns the port.
  Customer Contact	This field allows you to type the name of the person requesting the QoS changes.
  Customer Phone Number	This field allows you to type the full telephone number(area code, exchange, and number, all separated by hyphens, for example, 123-456-7890) at which the contact can be reached.
  Customer Email	This field allows you to type the e-mail address at which the customer contact can be reached.
  Qwest Circuit ID	This field displays the unique, Qwestprovider-maintained identifier for the selected circuit.
  Queuing Methodology	This drop-down list allows you to choose template that will be used to queue traffic through the selected port.
  QVUR	This field allows you to type the appropriate QVUR value for the port's QoS level.
  Priority Field	This drop-down list allows you to choose how traffic of each of the four priority levels will be allocated through the port.
  Queuing Field	These fields display the priority allocation you selected from the Priority Field drop-down list.
  	Click this button to save your selections and apply them to the selected port.  When you click this button, the system validates that you have provided all the required information.  If you have provided the necessary information correctly, the system will send an email to Qwestyour provider identifying your requested changes.  You will be contacted within 48 hours to discuss the changes further.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without making any changes.
