What do you see?

The Schedule Report page allows you to make changes to a report that has been set to run at a future date/time, and/or at regular intervals.  This page is divided into five sections.  Click below for more information on each.

• Fields and buttons - Report Generation Variables Section

  Field	Description
  Type	This field identifies the kind of report being scheduled.
  Component ID	This field displays the unique identifier for the service component on which the report is based.
  Time Zone	This field displays the time zone that applies to the report.  All times listed in the report are in this time zone.
  Date Selection	This field displays the time period the report covers each time it is run.

   

• Fields and buttons - Report Information Section

  Field	Description
  Name	This field allows you to type the identifier you want to assign to the report.
  Title	This field allows you to type the title you want to apply to the report.
  Comment	This field allows you to type any additional notes you want to associate with the report.

   

• Fields and buttons - Report Format Section

  Field	Description
  Gif	Select this radio button if you want the system to generate the report as a GIF(Graphics Interchange Format - A device-independent image format.) file.  When you select this option, the system will output the report as an image, so you won't be able to work with the report contents.
  Pdf	Select this radio button if you want the system to generate the report as a PDF(Portable Document Format - A system-independent document file format developed by Adobe.) file.  When you select this option, you will not be able to work with the report contents without the Adobe Acrobat software.
  Csv	Select this radio button if you want the system to generate the report as a CSV(Comma Separated Value - A flat text file in which values are separated by commas.) file.  When you select this option, you will be able to open the report and work with its contents in any spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel.

   

• Fields and buttons - Frequency Section

  Field	Description
  Daily	Select this radio button to have the system run the report each day.
  Weekly	Select this radio button to have the system run the report once a week.
  Monthly	Select this radio button to have the system run the report once a month.

   

• Fields and buttons - Frequency Range Section

  Field	Description
  Start Date	This field allows you to type the first date on which you want the system to generate the report.   Note:  To select a date from a pop-up calendar, click .
  End By	This radio button allows you to enter a specific date by which you want the system to stop generating the report.  When you select this radio button, type a date in the adjoining field.   Note:  To select a date from a pop-up calendar, click .
  No End Date	Select this radio button if you want the system to continue running the report at regular intervals until you tell it to stop.
  email addresses	This field allows you to type the email addresses of everyone to whom you want the system to send a copy of the report whenever it is generated.   Note:  If you want to enter more than one email address, separate them with a comma.
  	Click this button to save any changes you made to the report or the schedule.
  	Click this button to return to the last page you were viewing without taking any action.
  	Click this button to clear all the fields on the page.
