From the Shopping Cart Items section of the
View Items in Shopping Cart(To get to this page, click the Shopping Carts menu under the Orders tab in the Ordering module. For more information on this page, click here.) page, select the check box next to each item you want to check out.
Note: To select all the items in your Shopping Cart, select the check box in the list header.

In the Desired Due Date field, type the date by which you want the ordered services to be available. Use the format
mm/dd/yyyy(for example, you would type the date February 28, 1970 as 02/28/1970).
Note: To select the appropriate date from a pop-up calendar, click .

From the drop-down list at the bottom of the page, select Check-out selected items and proceed to place Order.

Result: The system takes you to the Qwest Terms and Conditions screen.

Read the contents of the Qwest Terms and Conditions box carefully!

If you have no objections, select the I Agree check box.
