Checking Out an Order

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to checkout one or more from your Shopping Cart:

Action

From the Shopping Cart Items section of the View Items in Shopping Cart page, select the check box next to each item you want to check out.

 

Note: To select all the items in your Shopping Cart, select the check box in the list header.

In the Desired Due Date field, type the date by which you want the ordered services to be available.  Use the format mm/dd/yyyy.

 

Note:  To select the appropriate date from a pop-up calendar, click icon_calendar.gif.

From the drop-down list at the bottom of the page, select Check-out selected items and proceed to place Order.

Click btn_newgo.gif.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Qwest Terms and Conditions screen.

Read the contents of the Qwest Terms and Conditions box carefully!

If you have no objections, select the I Agree check box.

Do you wish to be notified when the order is complete?

If...

Then...

Yes

  1. Select the Do you wish to be notified? check box.

  2. Type your email address in the Email field.

No

Proceed directly to the next step.

From the drop-down list at the bottom of the page, select Submit to Order.

Click btn_newgo.gif.

 

Result:  The system attempts to send your order to our provisioning systems for processing, then refreshes your browser window.  When the page reappears, a message at the top indicates the success or failure of your action.
