What do you see?

The Billing Address Change for Selected BTNs screen allows you to enter the physical address you want to associate with selected billing accounts.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Current Task	This field briefly describes the action you are taking.
  Next Step	This field briefly describes the next action you need to take.
  Do You Need Assistance?	These radio buttons allow you to request more detailed instructions if needed.
  Are you required to enter your company's PO#?	These radio buttons allow you to indicate whether or not a valid purchase order number is required for bills at the new billing address.
  Attention To	This field allows you to type the name of the person to whom bills sent to the new address should be directed.
  Street Address 1	This field requires you to type the street address you want to assign to the selected billing accounts.
  Street Address 2	This field allows you to provide additional information for the address you typed above, for example a suite number.
  City	This field requires you to type the name of the city in which the address you typed above resides.
  State	This drop-down list requires you to select the postal abbreviation for the state in which the address you typed above resides.
  Zip Code	This field requires you to type the postal code associated with the address you typed above.
  Billing Account # (BTN)	This column displays the unique, QwestBell South-maintained identifier for each billing account to which you want to assign the new billing address.  The values in this column are hyperlinks.  When you click an account number, the system takes you to a screen that displays detailed information about the account.
  Billing Account Name	This column displays the customer-maintained identifier for each listed account.
  Billing Address	This field displays the billing address currently associated with each listed account.  This value will be replaced with the billing account you are entering on this screen.
  Select an action...	This drop down list allows you to choose what you want to do next.  You can save the new billing address or cancel the whole process.
  	Click this button to perform the action you selected above.  See Changing a Billing Address for more information.
