From the
Managed Firewall PRN(To get to this screen, select Inventory under the MFW tab for the Products module. For more information about this screen, click here.) screen, click the ID of the Open firewall for which you want to define network configuration.
Result: The system takes you to the Modify Managed Firewall Details screen.

From the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen, click Initial Setup.
Result: The system takes you to the Initial Setup screen.

From the Form Name list at the bottom of the screen, click Primary Contact, Shipping Contact, or Maintenance Contact, depending on what you want to define.
Result: The system takes you to the Contact Information screen.

Select the template from the Select Template drop-down list, and skip to Step 17.

No

Proceed to the next step.

In the First Name and Last Name fields, type the contact's name.
|
|
In the Street field, type the full street address of the location where the contact works.
|
|
In the City field, type the name of the city in which the contact's street address is located.
|
|
From the Country drop-down list, select the country in which the contact's street address is located.
|
|
From the State/Province drop-down list, select the state in which the contact's street address is located. If the appropriate value does not appear in the drop-down list, type it in the field.

In the Zip field, type the ZIP code or postal code appropriate for the contact's street address.
|
|
In the Work Phone field, type the telephone number at which the contact can be reached during business hours.
|
|
In the Home Phone, Fax, Pager, and Cellular fields, type any other telephone numbers at which the contact can be reached, if available.
|
|
In the Email field, type the e-mail address at which the contact can be reached.
|
|
In the Instant Messenger ID and Instant Messenger service, type the appropriate values, if available.
|
|
In the On Call Day/Time box, type the dates and times at which the contact can be reached, if appropriate.
|

In the Comments field, type any additional information you want to include with this contact.

Click .
Result: The system attempts to save the contact information and associate it with the firewall before returning you to the Initial Setup screen. The Primary Contact, Shipping Contact, or Maintenance Contact option at the bottom of the screen, as appropriate, should now have a status of Completed.
