What do you see?

The Modify Managed Firewall Details screen gives you in-depth information about a selected firewall. This screen allows you to change the name assigned to the firewall.   The screen is divided into three sections.  The Functions section give you a link allowing you to add contact information to the selected firewall.  You can also access more information about routing, routes, and users from this section, or view and edit your NAT(Network Address Translation) and firewall policies(a policy is a collection of rules instructing your firewall server how to handle specific types of traffic from specific sources).  The Modify Managed Firewall Details section displays the details about the firewall, and allows you to rename the firewall.  The Contacts section gives you a listing of the contacts associated with the selected firewall.  You can view or edit the details of any listed contact.

  Field	Description
  Network Configuration	This link allows you to review configuration information for the firewall and the network to which it connects.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Network Configuration Details screen.
  Static Routes	This link allows you to review any paths defined between the host behind the firewall and one or more hosts outside the firewall.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Static Routes Details screen.
  Secure Users	This link allows you to review external users who can access their company's local area network through your firewall.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Secure Users Details screen.
  Firewall Policy	This link allows you to view the firewall policies currently in place on the selected firewall.  When you click this icon, the system takes you to the Policy Details screen for the selected firewall.
  NAT Policy	This icon allows you to view the NAT(Network Address Translation) policies currently in place for the selected firewall.  When you click this icon, the system takes you to the Policy Details screen for the selected firewall.
  New Contact	This link allows you to create a new contact and associate him/her with this firewall.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Add Contact  screen.
  Modify Managed Firewall Details Section
  Field	Description
  Name	This field allows you to change the customer-maintained name associated with the selected firewall.  By default this field displays the current firewall name.
  ID	This field displays the unique, provider-maintained identifier for the selected firewall.  This is the value the network uses to identify the firewall.  You cannot change this value.
  Status	This field indicates the firewall's current status.  Values you may see include: Active Submitted Open Approved Shipped Srvc Accepted
  Location	This field displays the full address(street address, city, state, ZIP or postal code, and country) where the server protected by the selected firewall is physically located.

  Contacts Section
  Field	Description
  Name	This column displays the name associated with each listed contact.  You can view more information about any listed contact by clicking this value.  When you click a contact's name, the system takes you to the Modify Contact screen for that contact.
  Type	This column identifies each contact's role in relation to the firewall.
  Email	This column displays the e-mail address at which each listed contact can be reached.
  Phone	This field displays the telephone number at which each listed contact can be reached.
  	Click this button to save any changes you made to the firewall.  When you click this button, the system attempts to save your changes, then returns you to the Managed Firewall screen.  A message at the top of the screen indicates the success or failure of your action.
  	Click this button to return to the Managed Firewall screen without taking any actions.

What do you want to do?

To rename the selected service component, change the value in the Name field as needed, then click .  The system will attempt to save your changes and take you to the Managed Firewall Details screen.  The screen will display a message indicating the success or failure of your action.
