What do you see?

The Network Map page displays a geographic view of your service configuration. The map allows you to view and zoom in on any geographical area on the globe using Google Maps technology. Service elements appear on the map as green, yellow, or red dots. You can click these dots to access more information about a particular service element. Click below for more information:

Tools

The following tool icons are available from this page:

/// Pan Map Click these arrows to pan your view of the map in the indicated direction. Using these icons, you can quickly bring any location to the center of the view.	Return to last result Click this icon to snap the Network map to the last location you were viewing. When you click this icon, the map view centers on that location, zooming in to roughly street level.	Zoom In/Out This bar allows you to control how closely you zoom in on the Network map. You can click at the top or at the bottom of the bar to zoom in or out incrementally. You can also click and drag the slider on the bar to zoom in/out quickly.
/ Service Component These icons indicate your service components on the Network map. The green dot indicates that no open repair tickets exist for the service element. The red triangle indicates that open tickets do exist. When you click one of these icons, the Component Detail pop-up window appears. This window gives you an overview of the selected service element, and allows you to begin the process of entering a repair ticket.

What do you want to do?

Use the drop-down list in the upper left-hand side of the map to select the type of service component you want to see. Click the Service Component icons to see detailed information about the selected component and any repair tickets currently open for it. Use the buttons and tool icons on the map to see different geographical regions. The following task is associated with this page.
