What do you see?

The Component Detail page allows you to see more information about the service elements associated with a location designated on the Network Map page.  From this page you can access details about a particular service element, or create a repair ticket for an ailing element.  You may see four different tabs in this page.  Click below for more information on each.

• Fields and buttons - Inventory Tab

  Field	Description
  Service Id	This column displays the unique identifier for each service element associated with the selected location.  The values in this column are hyperlinks.  When you click one of these values, the system takes you to the Circuit Info tab for the selected service element.
  Location	This column displays the physical address associated with each listed service element.
  Service Type	This column identifies the kind of service associated with each listed service element.

   

• Fields and buttons - Circuit Info Tab

  Field	Description
  	Click this button to close the tab you are viewing and return to the Inventory tab.
  	Click this button to see all the details associated with the selected service element.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the appropriate page for the service type.
  Name	This field displays the common-language identifier associated with the selected service element, if one exists.
  Port Type/iQ Port Type	This field identifies the specific variety for the selected service element.
  Billing Type	This field displays the kind of billing associated with the selected service element.
  Speed	This field displays the speed at which the selected service element transmits data, in kilobits per second.
  Features	This section of the tab lists the features available for the selected service element, and identifies whether or not each feature is enabled.
  Location Name	This field displays the common-language identifier assigned to the location with which the service element is associated.
  Address	This field displays the physical address at which the selected service element exists.

   

• Fields and buttons - Tickets Tab

  Field	Description
  	Click this button to close the tab you are viewing and return to the Inventory tab.
  	Click this button to begin the process of generating a new repair ticket for the selected service element.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Create Ticket page.
  Ticket #	This column displays the unique identifier for each listed repair ticket.  When you click a value in this column, the system takes you to the View Tickets page.
  Status	This column identifies the current state of each listed ticket in the process of being worked.
  Create Date	This column displays the date and time on which each listed ticket was first created.
  Last Status Date	This column displays the date and time at which each listed ticket was last updated.

   

• Fields and buttons - Active Tickets Tab

  Field	Description
  	Click this button to close the tab you are viewing and return to the Inventory tab.
  	Click this button to begin the process of generating a new repair ticket for the selected service element.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Create Ticket page.
  Ticket #	This column displays the unique identifier for each listed repair ticket.  When you click a value in this column, the system takes you to the View Tickets page.
  Status	This column identifies the current state of each listed ticket in the process of being worked.
  Service Id	This column displays the unique identifier for the service element with which each listed ticket is associated.
  Service Type	This column displays the kind of service associated with the service element with which each listed ticket is associated.
