From the
Manage Remote Access Users(To get to this screen, select Remote Access Users from the Inventory menu under the Business Remote Access tab. For more information on this screen, click here.) screen, click for the user whose password you want to change.
Result: The Reset Password screen appears.

Update the Verbal Password Verification Question and Verbal Password Verification Answer fields as necessary.

In the Password field, type the new password you want to assign to the user.
Note: Passwords must be at least eight characters long and cannot contain spaces.

In the Retype Password field, type the new password again.
Note: Be sure you type it exactly as you did in Step 3 above.

Click .
Result: The system updates the user account with the new password and returns you to the Manage Remote Access Users screen.
Note: If you made any mistakes, the system displays a message informing you of the problem. You can correct the issue and resubmit the password change.
