What do you see?
The Add Contact screen allows you to define a new contact that will be associated with a selected Remote Access realm.

Description
Role
This drop-down list allows you to select the type of contact you want to create. Your options are:
Additional Contact
Shipping
Primary
Maintenance
Technical
Security
First Name
This field requires you to type the contact's given name.
Last Name
This field requires you to type the contact's surname.
Street
This field requires you to type the full street address at which the contact works.
City
This field requires you to type the name of the city in which the street address is located.
Country
This drop-down list requires you to select the country in which the street address is located.
State/Province
The drop-down list allows you to select the state in which the street address is located. The field allows you to type this value if it does not appear in the drop-down list.
Zip
This field requires you to type the ZIP or postal code appropriate for the contact's address.
Work Phone
This field requires you to type the telephone number at which the contact can be reached during work hours.
Home Phone
This field allows you to type the telephone number at which the contact can be reached at home.
Fax
This field allows you to type the telephone number at which the contact can receive FAX transmissions.
Pager
This field allows you to type the telephone number at which the contact can be paged.
Cellular
This field allows you to type the telephone number for the contact's cell phone.
Email
This field requires you to type the email address at which the contact can be reached.
Instant Messenger ID
This field allows you to type the contact's unique identifier on his/her Instant Messenger service, if applicable.
Instant Messenger Service
This field allows you to type the name of the Instant Messenger service the contact uses, if applicable.
On Call Day/Time
This box allows you to type the days of the week and/or times of day at which the contact can be reached.
Comments
This box allows you to type any additional information you want to include with the contact.
Click this button to save the new contact and attach him/her to the selected Remote Access realm. When you click this button, the system attempts to save the information, then returns you to the Remote Access Realm Details screen.
Click this button to exit the screen without taking any action.
Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
