Adding a Contact to a Realm

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to create a new contact for one of your Remote Access realms:

Action

From the Remote Access Realms screen, click the name of the realm with the contact you want to delete.

 

Result:  The Remote Access Realm Details screen appears.

In the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen, click Add Contact.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Add Remote Access Contact screen.

From the Role drop-down list, select the type of user you want to create.

In the First Name and Last Name fields, type the name of the contact you want to create.

In the Street fields, type the street address of the location at which the new contact works.

In the City field, type the name of the city in which the new contact works.

From the State/Province drop-down list, select the state in which the new contact works.

 

Note:  If the appropriate value does not appear in the drop-down list, type it in the field.

In the Zip field, type the ZIP or postal code associated with the street address and city you entered in Steps 5 and 6.

In the Work Phone field, type the telephone number at which the contact can be reached during business hours.

In the Email field, type the email address at which the user can be reached.

In the remaining fields, provide as much information as you can.

Click btn_newsubmit.gif.

 

Result:  The system creates your new contact, then returns you to the Remote Access Realm Details screen.  Your new contact should now appear in the Contacts section.
