What do you see?
The Modify Remote Access Contact screen allows you to make changes to one of the contacts associated with a selected Remote Access realm.

Description
Role
This field displays the type of contact you are editing. Values you may see include:
Additional Contact
Shipping
Primary
Maintenance
Technical
Security
First Name
This field requires you to change the given name associated with the contact. The current value appears here by default.
Last Name
This field allows you to change the surname associated with the contact. The current value appears here by default.
Street
This field allows you to change the full street address at which the contact works. The current value appears here by default.
City
This field allows you to change the name of the city in which the street address is located. The current value appears here by default.
Country
This drop-down list allows you to select the country in which the street address is located. The current value appears here by default.
State/Province
The drop-down list allows you to select the state in which the street address is located. The field allows you to type this value if it does not appear in the drop-down list. Current values appear here by default.
Zip
This field allows you to change the ZIP or postal code appropriate for the contact's address. The current value appears here by default.
Work Phone
This field allows you to change the telephone number at which the contact can be reached during work hours. The current value appears here by default.
Home Phone
This field allows you to type the telephone number at which the contact can be reached at home. The current value appears here by default.
Fax
This field allows you to type the telephone number at which the contact can receive FAX transmissions. The current value appears here by default.
Pager
This field allows you to type the telephone number at which the contact can be paged. The current value appears here by default.
Cellular
This field allows you to type the telephone number for the contact's cell phone. The current value appears here by default.
Email
This field allows you to change the email address at which the contact can be reached. The current value appears here by default.
Instant Messenger ID
This field allows you to type the contact's unique identifier on his/her Instant Messenger service, if applicable. The current value appears here by default.
Instant Messenger Service
This field allows you to type the name of the Instant Messenger service the contact uses, if applicable. The current value appears here by default.
On Call Day/Time
This box allows you to type the days of the week and/or times of day at which the contact can be reached. The current value appears here by default.
Comments
This box allows you to type any additional information you want to include with the contact. The current value appears here by default.
Click this button to save the your updates and attach them to the selected contact. When you click this button, the system attempts to save the information, then returns you to the Remote Access Realm Details screen.
Click this button to exit the screen without taking any action.
Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
