Modifying Contacts

Action

From the Remote Access Realms(To get to this screen, select Remote Access Realms from the Inventory menu under the Business Remote Access tab.  For more information about this screen, click here.) screen, click the name of the realm with the contact you want to delete.

Result:  The Remote Access Realm Details screen appears.

In the Contacts section at the bottom of the screen, click the name of the contact you want to modify.

Result:  The system takes you to the Modify Remote Access Contact screen.

Update the fields in this screen as necessary.

Note:  Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.  You do not have to change these fields, but they must have a value in them before you can submit your changes.

Click .

Result:  The system updates the user with the changes you made, then returns you to the Remote Access Realm Details screen.
