What do you see?

The Modify Remote Access User screen allows you to make changes to basic information for the user.  You can change the user's name and contact information, or deactivate/reactivate the user's Remote Access account.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  First Name	This field allows you to type a new name for the user.  The first name currently assigned to the user appears here by default.
  Last Name	This field allows you to type a new surname for the user.  The first surname currently assigned to the user appears here by default.
  User ID	This field displays the unique system identifier entered for the user.  This will be the value the system uses to recognize the user and track his/her actions while using your Remote Access service.
  Realm	This field displays the realm(Realms provide the identification necessary to forward authentication requests to the server that holds the user's credentials.) with which the user is associated.
  Status	These radio buttons allow to deactivate or reactivate the user.
  Phone Number	These fields allow you to type a new telephone number at which the user can be reached.  By default, this field displays the telephone number currently associated with the user.
  Email Address	This field allows you to type a new e-mail address at which the user can be reached.  By default, this field displays the e-mail address currently associated with the user.
  	Click this button to save the changes you made to the user.  When you click this button, the system attempts to save your changes, then takes you to the Modify User Confirmation screen.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without taking any actions.
