Modifying Remote Access Users

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to edit the information associated with a selected user:

Action

From the Manage Remote Access Users screen, click the last name of the user you want to modify.

 

Result:  The Modify Remote Access User screen appears.

In the First Name and Last Name fields, change the user's name as necessary.

From the Status radio buttons, select whether you want to activate or deactivate the user.

In the Phone Number fields, update as necessary the telephone number at which the user can be reached.

In the Email Address field, update as necessary the e-mail address at which the user can be reached.

Click btn_newsubmit.gif.

 

Result:  The system makes the changes to the user account and takes you to the Modify User Confirmation screen.

Click btn_newdone.gif.

 

Result:  The system returns you to the Manage Remote Access Users screen.
