From the
Manage Remote Access Users(To get to this screen, select Remote Access Users from the Inventory menu under the Business Remote Access tab. For more information on this screen, click here.) screen, click the last name of the user you want to modify.
Result: The Modify Remote Access User screen appears.

In the First Name and Last Name fields, change the user's name as necessary.
|
|
|
From the Status radio buttons, select whether you want to activate or deactivate the user.
|
|
|
In the Phone Number fields, update as necessary the telephone number at which the user can be reached.
|
|
|
In the Email Address field, update as necessary the e-mail address at which the user can be reached.
|
|
|
Click .
Result: The system makes the changes to the user account and takes you to the Modify User Confirmation screen.

Click .
Result: The system returns you to the Manage Remote Access Users screen.
