Accessing a Call Plan

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to access a selected call plan:

Action

On the Select Toll-free Number page, click the number whose call plan you want to see.

 

Result:  The system retrieves the call plan for the selected number.  The Call Routing Tree page appears, displaying call plan information for the selected number.

 

Notes:  

  • If you do not see the number you are looking for in the Toll-free Numbers list, use the All, Next, and Last buttons to move through the list of toll-free numbers.  You can also use the Filters section of the page to limit the list to only those numbers matching your criteria.

  • Some Enterprises use Account Level Access to limit the toll-free numbers users can see.  If Account Level Access is in use by your organization, you will only see toll-free numbers associated with those accounts to which you have been assigned.  Organizations must request Account Level Access, it is not automatically assigned.  If you are interested in this feature, contact the Help Desk.
