What do you see?
|
The Call Routing Tree screen allows you to view or work with information on any
call plan(A call plan is a group of features and routing instructions that determine where calls made to a toll-free number terminate. Every toll-free number can have multiple call plans associated with it.) associated with the toll-free number you selected, depending on whether you are in View Only or Modify mode. You can also work with other aspects of the selected toll-free number using the Links and Functions. For more information on these, see Links and Functions.

Notes:
-
If you have SuperTrunks or In-Switch Overflow trunks as your global default, you cannot use this tool to make changes to your call plans. You must either remove all such types of trunks from your global default, or contact your QwestBell South account team to have changes made.
-
Likewise, if a call plan has a
restricted trunk(To ensure network security, the system blocks users from making changes to trunks that Qwestyour provider owns. Restricted trunks are noted on the call routing tree.) as its global default, the system will not allow you to delete that call plan. You will instead receive an
error message("The requested change cannot be completed as the Global Default is a Qwest trunk. Please change the global default, or contact your account team to submit change orders.").
