Follow the steps below to create a
Toll-free Audit Report(This report lists by User ID the modifications that have occurred on a toll-free Call Plan. The report displays the transaction number, the User ID, and the time stamp for each transaction.):
Note: At this time, only
selected changes(adding a feature, deleting a feature, modifying a feature, assigning terminating addresses to a toll-free number, or making an alternate call plan the primary) to a toll-free number will generate a transaction that will appear in this report. The report does not display information on adding toll-free numbers to, or removing them from, superroutes or toll-free groups.

From the Reports menu, select Toll-free Audit.

|
From the Enterprise or Account drop-down list, select whether you want the report to include all toll-free numbers associated with your Enterprise, or just the toll-free numbers associated with a specific account.
Note: If you choose Account, another drop-down list appears. From this list, select the account on which you want to base the report.

From the Toll-free Number drop-down list, select the toll-free number you want to audit.

Click .
Result: A confirmation screen appears, informing you of whether your report was successfully submitted. If the system successfully submitted your report, you can go to the Report Summary Log to view your report.
