What do you see?

The Report Summary Log screen displays a list of all the reports that have been generated for your Enterprise. This screen shows you who generated each report, its format, and the date and time on which it was submitted and completed.  You can also see the report's current status and its file size.  This screen allows you to access details on, or to delete, any report listed.

This screen is divided into two sections.  The Reports section gives you information on the total number of reports submitted, created, e-mailed, and scheduled.  The Reports List section gives you a listing of all the reports.  You can delete any report in the list.  You can also access detailed information for any Completed or Submitted report in the list.

  Field	Description
  Reports Submitted	This field displays the total number of reports that have been submitted for your Enterprise in the Toll-free application.
  Reports Created	This field displays the total number of reports that have successfully been created for your Enterprise in the Toll-free application.
  Reports Emailed	This field displays the total number of reports created for your Enterprise that have been emailed.
  Reports Scheduled	This field displays the total number of reports that have been scheduled to run on a future date.
  Reports List Section
  Field	Description
  	These check boxes allow you to select any report(s) you want to delete.
  Report Title	This column lists the names of each report that has been submitted for generation.   For reports with a status of Completed, you can click this value to see detailed information about the report.  When you click this value, the system retrieves the report and displays it for you.   For reports with a status of Scheduled, you can click the Edit link that appears next to this value to update the report parameters.  When you click Edit, the system allows you to update the data you want to include in the report.
  User	This column displays the unique identifier for the user who submitted each report.
  Format	This column displays the format in which each report was created.  Valid values include:    CSV(Comma Separated Value) - This format places the report data in a flat text file.  Report data is listed in a single block, with individual items separated by commas.  This format is useful for working with the report data.  You can import the data into a program such as Microsoft Excel, and manipulate it as needed.    HTML(HyperText Markup Language) - This format returns the report data in HTML code.  Report data is presented in your browser as a Web page.  This format is useful when presentation is more important.  Although you cannot manipulate the data, you can review it as you would any other Web page.
  Status	This column identifies the current state of each listed report.  If a report's status is Scheduled, you can click this value to change the date/time at which the report is scheduled to be run.  When you click this value, the system takes you to the Schedule Report screen.
  Submission Date	This column lists the date and time on which each report was submitted to the system. Date and time format is mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss.
  Completion/Scheduled Date	This column lists the date and time on which the system successfully generated each report, if applicable. Date and time format is mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss.
  Size	This column displays the size, in kilobytes, of each listed report.
  	This button allows you to remove selected reports from the system permanently.  When you click this button, the system prompts you for confirmation.  If you confirm, the system permanently removes the selected report(s).
  	This button returns you to the last screen you were viewing.
  	This button retrieves the latest report summary data.  When you click this button, the screen reappears, displaying the most recent report information from the system.
