On
any screen(Call Routing Tree, Terminating Addresses, Toll-free Details, Superroutes, Holidays, or Jobs List) under the View-Modify Call Plans tab, click Modify Call Plan from the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen.
Result: The system enters Modify mode, and the New Terminating Address link appears in the Links section of the left-hand navigation bar.
Note: You cannot use your browser buttons to navigate the system. When you click your browser's Back button, the system displays a message asking you not to do that, and takes no further action. You must return to View Only mode by clicking either the Save Changes or Cancel Changes links on the left-hand side of the screen.

Click New Terminating Address from the Page Links section on the left-hand side of the screen.
Result: The New Terminating Address screen appears.

In the Ring-To Number field, type the telephone number to which you want the network to route calls made to your toll-free number.
|

In the Description field, type a brief description of the terminating address, if desired.
|
|
If you made mistakes editing the terminating address, click to remove all the entries you made.
If you decide not to create a terminating address, click to return to the last screen you were viewing without making any changes.

Result: The system records your changes and returns you to the last screen you were viewing.

From the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen, click Save Changes.
Result: The system takes you to the Jobs Scheduling screen.

Type the
date(All dates in the Toll-free application should be entered using the format mm/dd/yyyy. In other words, you would enter the date 28 February 2005 as 02/28/2005.) and time on which you want your changes propagated to the network.
Note: When entering time, remember that you are using a
24-hour clock(Also called military time. A 24-hour period in the toll-free application is measured from 0000 to 2359, or midnight to 11:59 PM. To convert to military time, add 12 to the number that appears on the clock after 12:00 PM [noon]. For example, 1:00 PM is 12 plus 1 [the clock number], which equals 13 or 1300 hours.).

Click .
Result: The system schedules your changes to occur on the date and time indicated. The system will display a message containing a unique identifier for your order and allowing you to check its status.
Note: If you entered the current date and time, the system will attempt to make your changes immediately.
